Can be made ahead but also isn't difficult to do on the big day
I made your turkey stock recipe ahead of Thanksgiving this year as the turkeys were fried so there were no drippings. It was wonderful, possibly the best stock I’ve ever had. I will have to try your addition of soy sauce in the gravy next time!
